Roles and Responsibilities

・Support the company to track contracts and documents of import business. Maintain the relationship with national enterprises, state-owned enterprises, freight forwarding and other cooperative partners, and support all related works including contracts, payments, documents, freight and warehousing storage, etc.

・Support the company to develop suppliers in Latin American countries, mainly through email, wechat, phone, whatsapp and other communication tools.

・Able to collect, detail and convey industry market reports of Latin American countries for the company.

・Support the company to visit overseas suppliers and attend international conferences.

・Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

・Bachelor's degree in Spanish major required, experienced professionals or fresh graduates.
